Sena Kinati

Project Manager

Sena Kinati is a Project Manager based in Altai’s Addis Ababa office. She focuses primarily on managing Altai’s contribution to the Ethiopia Migration Programme, which involves managing a Rapid Remote Monitoring network, conducting operational research, managing a Real Time Learning platform, and supporting the MEAL framework. Sena has extensive knowledge in the Ethiopian primary education, technical vocational training sector and in multilateral and intergovernmental partnerships. Prior to joining Altai Consulting, Sena worked as the Country Representative for a German NGO for several years, and previously worked as a Project Analyst in Ethiopia. Sena holds a BA in Social Sciences from Latrobe University in Melbourne. She is fluent in Amharic and English.
